Neighborwoods Tree Plantings -Saturday & Sunday October 23rd & 24th, 2010

A weekend full of trees! Thanks to our wonderful volunteers and the Laurel Foundation. Together we planted 13 trees at Dickson Elementary in Swissvale on October 23rd and another 10 trees Holmes Park in Wilkinsburg on October 24th. Read about it in the Post-Gazette!

Members Only Bird Walk - Saturday, June 13th, 2010

All slideshow photo's by John Moyer.  25 members of the Nine Mile Run Watershed Association encountered 41 species including a Great Blue Heron, Mourning Doves and the Eastern Phoebe at this exclusive and educational event led by Jack Solomon and Chuck Tague.
